I am happy to provide support through the forum, using GitHub issues, or via email. The forum is preferred for general questions about ACOLITE and its outputs, and reporting issues with the binary releases and source code. The forum is preferred as there will be a public record for users with the same or similar question. GitHub issues can be used for specific problems with the code.
If you encounter a software problem or crash, please provide some details about the problem, your operating system, and version of ACOLITE used. Ideally you should include the settings and log files generated for the run where you experienced the issue. It is very difficult to troubleshoot a generic "ACOLITE doesn't work, can you help?" message, and I will request the aforementioned anyway. If you use the GitHub code, be sure to include details on last code updates (e.g. the output of "ls -l .git/*HEAD").
Of course, you are also welcome to send me good results, and reports of ACOLITE working fine!
