in a new directory I even get an error one step before compiling:

which version are you installing? you should replace your coherensflag.cmp file with the one I've attached.unfortunately this forum is too quiet and for one error we have to spend ages to figure it out by ourselves. remove .doc suffix when you replace it. or just copy the content and paste it into y...
