COHERENS V2.11

Dear all, We just made the latest COHERENS version available on our ftp site. The biggest addition is that now a particle module is made available. Unfortunately we were not able to update the official manual, a hands on manual can be found through this link: https://share.naturalsciences.be/f/f5720...

Re: salinity,temprature open boundary

Dear Soudeh, Don't use both when not necessary. The value 1 denotes the file that creates the specifiers of the parameters, hence it activates the subroutine usrdef_2dobc_spec, 2 denotes the values itself, hence it activates usrdef_2dobc_data. you only have one file so ifil for you data is always 2....

Re: Variable salinity, temperature profiles at open boundary

Dear Sameer, please have a look at the other topic with the code of Soudeh for an example. What I can tell you already: modfiles(io_salobc,2,1)%tlims = (/0,0,1/) " "%tlims = (/0,0,1/) " here 1 denotes 1 month or not ?? The meaning of the array is (/start time step, end time step, upda...

Re: salinity,temprature open boundary

Hi Soudeh,
Did you check if the date from the .cvs file is read correctly? Is it compatible with the CStartDateTime of your model set up?

Hope this helps,

Katrijn
