Data assimilation implimentation on coherens

Hello coherens users,
My name is Idrissa, doing my research at Lappeenranta University of Technology in Finland. I am new in coherens, I am working in data assimilation, I am interested to try implementing a data assimilation scheme within coherens. Can anyone help to identify the flow... I took several days to check the code structure but looks a bit challenging to me. The method I want to implement is very similar to EnKF; it is a variational version of the EnKF.

Dear Idrissa,

Unfortunately the EnKF is not implemented in the current version of COHERENS but in an older one which is no more maintained.
