Requesting help regarding errors in downloading Coherens code

I can't download the COHERENS code from https://odnature.naturalsciences.be/coh ... gistration; whenever I click to register, the browser throws the following error: "There was a communication error with the server. The error code received was: Internal Server Error." That is to say, my registration never goes through. Could it be a problem detecting IP addresses from China?
