i'm newbie about this model

i have registered to download the new version about coherens model
and i get this link
"You may proceed to download COHERENS at the following link:"

but the link is not working
i klik, but the web is not available....
or there something wrong with my acount

and may be there are can sent me the program "coverensv2.7"

and...
i just have coherens model the old version , it's "release8.4"

looks like you didn't install netCDF or netCDF was not installed correctly.
