Hi,
The Lake which I work on has fresh water without salinity (salinity is 0), is there any way that I can set the precipitation and evaporation external data file and related switches?

you can set sal_ref = 0 in the parameter subroutine. As for evaporation and so on, that is determined in the Usrdef_Surface data, so have a look at how wind in included, read the manual regarding the question and try to solve.
