Dear Soudeh,

Don't use both when not necessary. The value 1 denotes the file that creates the specifiers of the parameters, hence it activates the subroutine usrdef_2dobc_spec, 2 denotes the values itself, hence it activates usrdef_2dobc_data. you only have one file so ifil for you data is always 2.

Thank you Katrijin, I fixed the ifil (modified to 2) but the model still ignores my external file(river discharge)!
