Include wind

Take care when you try to include winds in your test and check the manual to be sure that you are doing well.
When i wanted to include winds in my test using the test case Csnsp, i thought that dlat_ref and dlon_ref were the coordinates where was my station of wind but i was wrong, because when i reviewed the manual, i found this:
dlat_ref: Reference latitude to be used for the Coriolis frequency in the case of a Cartesian grid.
dlon_ref: Reference longitude to be used for solar irradiance in the case of a Cartesian grid.
