I try to do the atmospheric correction of TM5 by the help of ACOLITE. But I can only get the broken and discrete Rrs results.
What can I do to get unbroken and continuous results?

Thank you and look forward to a future release with the 5,6 and 5,7 band combinations. And I want compare atmospheric correction effect among different band combinations over other extremely turbid inland waters.

Thank you for the nice tool. It’s helpful. But I wonder how can I get Geo TIFF outputs instead of NetCDF files since the former better for further using?
