UnboundLocalError: local variable 'target_pixel_size' referenced before assignment

Hi Quinten, I'm getting a similar error to the one you described in your previous post, but with the local variable 'target_pixel_size'. Any ideas what it could be? I attempted to run ACOLITE for the entire scene as well as a small area, but the same error message appeared. Please see error below. W...

Re: Extract values for a given latitude/longitude

Hi Quinten, Thanks! I got no errors after updating ACOLITE; however, I do have more questions on this matter. 1) I found it rather complicated to extract only ['mean', 'std', 'median', 'n'] from the dictionary. Is it nested? 2) How does it work if one wants to extract values for more than one locati...

Re: Extract values for a given latitude/longitude

Hi Quinten, I was trying the above instructions to extract SPM data for a couple of points, but I got the error below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AttributeError: module 'acolite.shared' has no attribute 'nc...

Re: NetCDF: HDF error

Hi Quinten, My guess is that ACOLITE failed to generate the RGB because of the dsf_path_reflectance variable; when I changed it to dsf_aot_estimate , no errors were displayed. My connection to the NAS is, indeed, slow. I tested various options, and I came to the conclusion that storing the data on t...

Re: NetCDF: HDF error

Hi Quinten, Going over your questions... 1. Yes, indeed, having all of these scenes in 10m resolution was not smart  I will absolutely change it to 60m 2. Not sure if generating the TOA RGB was the issue because ACOLITE was running for other years: 2015-2018. 3. Yes, this was taking a long ti...

Re: NetCDF: HDF error

Hi Quinten,

The error above on NetCDF: HDF only appears when I run Sentinel 2A MSI from 2019 onwards.

NetCDF: HDF error

Hi Quinten, I'm having this NetCDF:HDF error, any thoughts on what that might be? I'm running the python version from GitHub. Running ACOLITE processing - Generic GitHub Clone Run ID - 20220419_112224 Starting conversion of 1 scenes Starting conversion of //MarbelNAS/MarbelNAS_Shared/Isabel/2019\S2A...

Re: Run acolite in cloud/remote storage

Hi Quinten, I appreciate your quick response. For now, I will start with a single instance of ACOLITE. However, it sounded most intriguing to have many files running in parallel while I go for a walk  , but I'm afraid I have to do a background check on the Docker's option to get it working. War...
