ACOLITE forum

Hi Quinten, I am finding that after processing S2 L1C images with ACOLITE the results have many NaN values (compared with Sen2Cor processing) even though the images have extremely low cloud cover (<0.01%). Is this to do with some kind of threshold that is set in the advanced setting? I have attached...
