Hi Quinten, While I was running ACOLITE in CLI batch mode on Linux, a few of them were not recognised. They were located in the same folder as the other files, so I don't believe the length of the path was the issue. KeyError '12' and '5'
Hi Quinten, I was running ACOLITE in CLI mode on Linux and got KeyError '12' and '5' for the respective scenes in the attached text file. I also checked the GRANULE folder of the SAFE files and they all seemed to be complete. This is what I got for the first scene, the second looked similar. I hope ...

Hi Quinten, I'm currently using the GitHub version of ACOLITE for my bachelor thesis and ran into an issue when trying to run in batch mode, as the tiles did not seem to merge at all.
