I was wondering which of those two (Rrs or Rhow) is used in the CHL_OC2 and CHL_OC3 products generated by ACOLITE?

Hi Isabel
The RHOW is used, but this makes no difference as the algorithm is based on a ratio of blue/green reflectances. OC2 uses the ratio of the 483/561 bands, OC3 uses max(443,483)/561.
