New SAFE format

I see that ESA has changed to a new "compact" format for S2A, which doesn't work with ACOLITE. I quickly skimmed the XML files to see if there was something that could be changed manually, but it looks like there are enough changes in formatting that the ACOLITE routines need to be adjusted. Is there an estimated time for when that would be available?

The update should be forthcoming in the next few days. There has been some restructuring in the XML so I had to modify the metadata reader.

The new file format is now supported as of version 20170113.0!
