Change cloud threshold

The cloud threshold is currently set to 0.0215 on Landsat band 6 (SWIR band centered on 1609nm). Will it be possible to change this cloud threshold manually in a feature release?

This feature will be in the next version of ACOLITE. There will be an option to choose the band (865, 1609, 2201) and the threshold. There will also be the option to use the BQA data provided by USGS with each scene. Currently I do not recommend using the BQA for water applications.
In the future there could be options to use other external land/cloud masks.
