ACOLITE now can process Sentinel-2B data, and new Rayleigh correction LUTs have been generated in a consistent way across sensors.

Updates since 20170619.0:
- Support for processing Sentinel-2B/MSI was added
- Rayleigh lookup tables were regenerated and are now consistent across sensors (L5/TM, L7/ETM, L8/OLI, S2A/MSI, S2B/MSI)
- A bug with processing older format Landsat (5/7) data which are not provided as top-of-atmosphere reflectance data has been resolved
