Some important bug fixes were made to the Python version of ACOLITE, most notably the geolocation error in full Sentinel-2 tiles. I added the output of rhow and Rrs datasets. The processing should be a little faster due to the switch from float64 to float32, and output files should be much smaller.
Download the latest version here. Further details in the ACOLITE manual.
Updates since 20180327.0:

- Datasets are now processed and stored as 32 bit floats
- Added rhow and Rrs outputs
- Wavelengths are now tracked as attributes in the L2W products (rhot, rhos, rhow, Rrs), allowing for the use of the Spectrum Viewer in SNAP
- Skipping unrecognised and dot files in the .SAFE files
- Added support for autoscaling the L2W output maps
- Added new annotated map output option
- Relaxed constrains on the band selection for the chl_oc3 algorithm on S2
