A major bug fix for Sentinel-2 processing, see details below! Please update and reprocess your Sentinel-2 data. There is still an issue with band 1 (60 m, 443 nm) under investigation, where it seems the Rayleigh reflectance is underestimated in some cases.

Updates since 20161013.0:
- - Sentinel-2 geometry is now taken into account for Rayleigh correction. The granule average view and sun geometry is used per band. (The more resolved Tie Point Grids will be added in the future.) If the granule average is missing for a band, the scene average over all bands is used.
- Fixed a bug that occurred when stitching same zone granules in a L1C scene after resampling of the A/C bands.
- KMZ outputs for cropped Sentinel-2 data are now fixed.
- The negative water reflectances mask now ignore the Sentinel-2 945 nm band and the SWIR bands at 1.3, 1.6, and 2.2 micron.
- Integerized GeoTIFFs can now be generated (slope 0.00002, offset -0.1).
- Fixed rhoam_long subset bug for subscene fixed epsilon.
- Maskvalue is now typed correctly as a signed long.
