ACOLITE 20211124.0: half pixel shift in S2 GeoTIFF outputs

Hi all

There appears to be a half pixel shift in the GeoTIFF outputs for Sentinel-2 images in ACOLITE 20211124.0. The NetCDF lat/lon positions should be fine. This will be fixed in a future release!
