Problem with the outputs - No L2W file

Hi, i have a problem with acolite´s output, it doesn´t download many files, for example the L2W.nc, how can i resolve this? I tried: uninstalling acolite, python, checking pc´s memory, defaults but anything change. Help!

Which parameters did you specify in the l2w_parameters or the L2W parameters in the GUI?
