Black images

Hi everyone! I hope everything is going well for you.
I have a question, I'm studying three images from an inland water in Colombia, the images are from different months, two of them look completly black after been corrected with acolite; we make sure it wasn´t a problem with masking, changing different values of that kind of parameters to the minimun acceptable but nothing changed. Do you know a solution or recommendation for this?
