Sometimes Sentinel-3 OLCI outputs may be missing the 560 and 620 nm bands from rhos and rhow/Rrs outputs when using ancillary inputs. This is caused by high ozone concentration and hence low gas transmittance in those bands. If you experience this you can decrease the gas transmittance threshold for reflectance outputs. The OLCI default is to not output reflectances for gas transmittance <0.80, i.e. min_tgas_rho=0.80. To get outputs for these bands in high ozone conditions you can lower this threshold, e.g. to 0.75 or lower: min_tgas_rho=0.75
