It seems indeed the 2426 shows a large difference compared to the next two images. Comparing the TOA for those three consecutive days (and especially Green I / Green II / Yellow) may also show the issues with this particular unit.
I would agree that it is indeed best to closely investigate a particular unit / image. Perhaps we can construct a database of unit specific issues.
Or maybe Planet should provide such a database.
