ACOLITE processing - missing pixels

Hi Quinten,

I am finding that after processing S2 L1C images with ACOLITE the results have many NaN values (compared with Sen2Cor processing) even though the images have extremely low cloud cover (<0.01%). Is this to do with some kind of threshold that is set in the advanced setting? I have attached a screenshot of a river I have processed using the 'SPM_NECHAD_865' algorithm, please let me know if any other information may come in useful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,
Duncan

Hi Duncan

This is probably related to the noise in the SWIR bands, and could be reduced by using a fixed aerosol reflectance over your subscene, or by applying a smoothing filter on those bands. (See e.g. http://odnature.naturalsciences.be/rems ... ?f=11&t=37)
